ArtisTree's focus in the performing arts encourages its dancers to act and sing. In addition, ArtisTree extends its education to local actors and singers, particularly in refining movement and stage dance. Every qualified graduate of ArtisTree has the opportunity to travel with our experienced staff to New York City for daily dance classes and nightly Broadway shows. An ArtisTree dance training enables students to enjoy instruction in top New York City dance studios under instruction from master teachers from all over the world. Our dance students discover that the art of theater shares a similar culture and etiquette with the art of dance. ArtisTree students graduate with proper theatre etiquette and are able to enjoy a lifetime of theater from both sides of the footlights - on stage or in the audience. ArtisTree's dancers and teachers work together to broaden school and local theatre education and experiences via Informances, performances, master classes and workshops in various aspects of the theatre world

ArtisTree's Theatre Arts Package (TAP) is designed to introduce third grade and older to performance venues and opportunities in the community. Choreographers, actors, singers and technicians team up in introducing school children to the magic of musical theatre. Students discover themselves as artists and the many possibilites of artistic expression in the theatre as actors, singers, dancers, designers and directors. Hands-on backstage and onstage activites as well as proper audience etiquette are presented to build student confidence and focus as well as an appreciation for their 'instrument,' the arts and their community.
